Summary

I am a chatbot engineer, who has experience in designing and developing a chatbot using Dialogflow CX and Dialogflow ES, and using nodejs to manipulate it's function in backend. I have experience developing the chatbot for both chat and telephony flows. I have also worked in integrating the chatbot with slack workspace, creating threads, automating app, to respond to the user using responses coming from chatbot.

I also identify as python developer, who can debug, manipulate, extract relevant information from various platforms like Dialogflow CX or Dialogflow ES. I have also have experience in manipulating data from excell file and convert it into a system excell file which are easy to understand.

I also have experience in giving workshops to the client, and helping them understand the various components of Dialogflow CX and also train them, so that they can build there own chatbots in future. I also helped in resolving any queries they having regarding Dialogflow
